Outline:
The morning session will be spent for how to analyze papers and lectures on the Japanese research environment. The afternoon session will be for sharing information, including the most updated reports produced by NISTEP, SciREX Policymaking Intelligent Assistance System (SPIAS), and Web of Science. This will be followed by discussions on the issues at the participants' institutions and how to analyze them.
It is not a must, but would help the participants, if they carry their computers with them.
