The program trains administrative officials and practitioners who plan, draft, implement, evaluate and revise science, technology and innovation policies and strategies. It provides them with problem analyzing, policy and strategy planning, and highly efficient foreign language abilities.
Since the main target group of this master's program is Japanese working professionals, most of the classes are taught in Japanese. Please see the Japanese page for the detail.
