The report of "Advisory Panel on Science and Technology Diplomacy" was submitted from Dr. Takashi Shiraishi, President of the National Graduate Institute for Policy Studies, who serves as the chairman of the panel, to Mr. Fumio Kishida, Minister for Foreign Affairs on May 8, 2015.

From GRIPS, Professor Sunami, a program manager of SciREX Center who leads a project on Science Technology Diplomacy, also joined this panel as a member.
