Mr. ElHassan ElSabry, a Doctoral Course Student in STI policy and originally from Egypt, attended STGlobal 2016 Conference at AAAS & the National Academy of Science in Washington D.C. from April 8 to 9. He made a presentation titled "Guiding Policy Making related to Open Access Issues" at Panel K: Institutional Logics of Knowledge Production and received Best Panel Presentation Award.
